Charles Boudet

Charles has spent more than two decades leading real estate businesses across Europe. He joined JLL in Moscow in 2006, went on to run the firm's Russia & CIS business as Managing Director and later Chairman of the Board, before returning to Paris as CEO of JLL France, then France & Belux, Southern and Central Europe.

He founded Spark Expeditions in 2024 as the vehicle for his own work: taking executive and board seats at real estate companies, and backing founders early. Today he is CEO of iO Partners and an independent director of Praemia REIM.
